The Anex Deluxe Hand Blender AG-121 is a 300W stick blender for simple, direct blending in the home kitchen. It is suitable for preparing soups, milkshakes, sauces and other mixed recipes where a compact handheld appliance is more convenient than setting up a full-size blender.

Its stainless steel blending stem is suitable for use with boiling liquids, allowing hot soups and sauces to be blended directly in an appropriate cooking container. The metal stem also keeps the blending end separate from the motor housing for easier handling after use.

For routine cleanup, the removable parts are stated to be dishwasher-safe except for the motor housing. The AG-121 operates at 220-240V, 50/60Hz and is supplied with a 2-year warranty.
